5th Annual Conference

CEE Real Estate 2009

Exploring the CEE's emerging Real Estate sector

26th & 27th February, Hotel Ambassador Zlata Husa, Prague, Czech Republic

EastEuro Link is pleased to announce its 5th Annual Conference on Central and Eastern European Real Estate, entitled ‘CEE Real Estate - 2009’. This prestigious event is being held in the Hotel Ambassador Zlata Husa in Prague, Czech Republic over two days on February 26th & 27th 2009.

In recent years the Real Estate market in Central and Eastern Europe has gone through an unparalleled period of economic growth, with billions of pounds being invested into the region’s property markets. Over three quarters of investment has been in the office and commercial sectors, but significant financing of the residential and industrial property markets has also been achieved, particularly around the capital and larger cities of the region.

Entry to the EU and increasing government legislation has opened the door further to foreign investment, yet as the markets begin to mature and opportunities become less readily available, will the CEE Real Estate market be able to sustain its profitability throughout 2009 and beyond?

This event will answer all the relevant questions you may have about CEE Real Estate, and offer your organisation, large or small, the opportunity to gain a unique and cotemporary insight into this dynamic and emerging market.

Following our previous successes in the CEE and SEE Real Estate sectors, we are delighted to announce that in 2009 the beautiful city of Prague will play host to this prominent event. Our in depth program aims to ensure those who attend will leave with the knowledge and confidence necessary to succeed within this exciting industry!
