EastEuro Link will organise its 3rd Annual Real Estate and Construction Conference – Foundation for Success – in Romanian Capital Bucharest on 23rd February 2007. This conference will gather high government officials together with the industry leaders and investment, management and law experts aiming to discuss current trends, projects and opportunities in the growing Central and Southeast Europe real estate market.

Once again the conference organised by EastEuro Link is focused on connecting relevant subjects in Central and Southeast Europe Real Estate and Construction industry.

This year's programme will be focused on key commercial and investment issues in the industry such as: overview of the current real estate projects and preparation of future ones, market outlook and recommendations for investors including investment opportunities and risks connected to major trends in financing property development in the CSEE, and analyses of CSEE private equity funds structuring, PPP, Greenfield and Brownfield investments in CSEE and CSE Europe's mortgage markets.
